The ZuneHD is capabable of internet, podcasts, audiobooks, apps except they removed the app market I still have apps on my ZuneHD before they got removed. Sometimes knockoffs don't always work out but THIS ONE DOES! AND THAT'S NO LIE! Before I got rid of my Windows XP the Zune software was the prefferred software for organizing and listening to music on my PC! I loved the Zune software and my Zune HD. Ignore that other review! The reason why Zune didn't well is because of lack of advertising and because everyone was telling people too buy Apple products, also some folks don't like the idea of a knockoff being better just because the Zune came out second doesn't make it an inferior product. Reasons why Zune is superior to itunes and Apple ipods or itouch e.t.c. You must to check the Update through Zune ( Settings –> Phone –> Update), but after that you must to disconnect your computer from the internet after 2-3 seconds.
